Virtual Assistant for Online Shop
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I'm looking for a dedicated virtual assistant to help manage customer service for my online shop. The role is full-time, 40 hours a week, and requires fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing live chat.
- Using the CRM to manage clients and help the team coordinate urgent information.
- Basic inventory management and assisting with ETAs for clients.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient with Shopify and MYOB AccountRight.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiar with basic inventory management.
