Versatile Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a proactive virtual assistant who can step in and keep my day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your core focus will be threefold: handling my calendar and inbox, providing friendly phone support to clients, and keeping our social channels active and engaging.
Administrative support comes first. You’ll triage incoming emails, flag anything urgent, draft quick replies when appropriate, and keep my calendar organized—booking, rescheduling, or cancelling meetings in Google Calendar (or Outlook if preferred) so nothing slips through the cracks.
On the customer side, I need reliable phone support. You’ll answer inbound calls during agreed-upon hours, resolve straightforward questions yourself, and escalate the tricky ones to me with concise notes. A confident, upbeat phone manner and clear spoken English are essential.
Finally, I’d like our social feeds to stay warm. You’ll queue posts, respond to basic comments or DMs, and track simple engagement numbers. If you’re comfortable with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or the native Facebook/Instagram dashboards, let me know—that’s a plus, not a must.
Availability: roughly 10–15 hours per week to start, with the possibility of scaling. I work on Eastern Time, so overlapping coverage for at least part of that window is important.
If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoy helping people, I’d love to hear how you can make my workload lighter and my clients happier.
