Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will be overseas for an urgent family matter and need someone in Florida to guard a single small box of personal effects plus one closed laptop. The entire bundle is roughly the size of a carry-on, requires no special climate control, and contains nothing hazardous or fragile—I simply cannot travel with it.
Your role is simple and low-effort. Keep the items in a clean, secure spot and, once a day, open the laptop, press the power button, verify that it boots to the login screen, then shut it down again. No log-in, no file access, and no passwords are ever involved.
Compensation is $200 paid at the start of every 30-day period. I expect the arrangement to last two or three months, though it could extend slightly; when I return I will collect everything in person.
I will provide a brief written inventory, exchange IDs for peace of mind, and stay in touch via text or email so you can alert me immediately if anything seems off. Reliability, honesty, and respect for privacy are essential; a spare closet, safe, or other secure nook is all the space you’ll need.
