About Twin
Twin is the AI company builder - a platform where users deploy fully autonomous AI agents that handle real business operations. In just one month of beta, we've seen over 100,000 agents deployed, automating everything from trading systems to service businesses. Backed by a $10M seed round led by LocalGlobe, we're building the future where AI handles all aspects of running a business.
Our users are creating sophisticated automations in minutes, connecting AI agents to email, Slack, Telegram, calendars, CRMs, payment systems, and more. We're moving incredibly fast, and we need exceptional support specialists to help our users unlock the full potential of autonomous AI.
The Role
We're looking for Customer Support Specialists with strong technical backgrounds to join our team. You'll be on the front lines, helping users build, deploy, and troubleshoot autonomous AI agents. This isn't typical customer support - you'll need to understand complex automation workflows, debug technical issues, and guide users through sophisticated use cases.
This is a shift-based role requiring 8 hours of availability per day on a rotating schedule. You'll be working with cutting-edge AI technology and directly impacting how thousands of users automate their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users building autonomous AI agents via chat, email, and potentially video calls
- Troubleshoot complex automation workflows and integration issues
- Guide users through agent setup, from simple tasks to multi-step autonomous systems
- Document common issues, solutions, and create helpful resources for users
- Collaborate with engineering team to escalate bugs and suggest product improvements
- Maintain deep understanding of the Twin platform and its capabilities
Requirements
- Technical background: Experience with APIs, integrations, automation tools, or software troubleshooting
- Availability: Committed to 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (specific shifts will be discussed)
- Communication: Excellent written English - you'll be explaining complex technical concepts clearly
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
