Take Phone Calls for us - 2 -- 2
Budget: $4 – $6 USD
We provide Customer Support Service (phone call service in particular ) for our clients working on E-commerce business. We are looking for experienced customer specialists/agents/reps to join us to grow together!
For the project,
1) Inbound call support is a major
2) And there is outbound call support (a very small portion)
We expect that,
1) you can speak fluent English
2) you are fine with PST 9am - 5pm being the working hours
3) you have working experiences in call center(s) before
4) you are responsible, self-initiated and customer service oriented
5) you are equipped with PC and mic, and you are familiar with soft phone
What might be a Plus
1) you master other languages besides English
