IT Support Agent for POS Software

I'm looking for an IT support agent for my point of sale software for restaurants. The tasks include technical troubleshooting, software installation, updates, and setup (like products menu, printer configuration, etc).

Key Requirements:
- Availability at least 5 days a week, preferably between 9am and 10pm CET.
- Tasks include technical troubleshooting, software installation, updates, and setup (like products menu, printer, etc).
- Communication via Email and Live chat. Phone support maybe later
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)

Ideal Skills:
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with software installation and updates.
- Good communication skills for user guidance.

Experience:
- Entry-level / medium-level experience is preferred.
