Super-talented customer service representative wanted for UK marketing agency
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We're looking for an enthusiastic customer service agent to join our team! We are a digital marketing agency based in the UK but have a fully remote team.
Your main tasks will be:
- responding to existing clients' support tickets
- dealing with inbound email enquiries from leads
- responding to any live chat Facebook messages
- monitoring customer satisfaction
- assigning support tickets to other team members who may be better able to assist. Providing summary of tickets assigned to them via our internal instant messaging system.
We will require you to work 2-3 hours per day Monday-Friday, at any time between 7am-6pm GMT

Looking to hire quickly so you must be available for an immediate start. Previous experience of customer service required, and you will be working in British English so please demonstrate your proficiency in your bid.
