I'm looking for someone to chat and engage with subscribers, building relationships that can lead to future sales. This is a 100% remote position, and no prior experience is required, full training will be provided. As our company continues to grow, there's potential for the right candidate to take on more responsibility and move into a management role over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers via live chat on our website
- Build relationships to foster trust and rapport
- Lead conversations that can convert to future sales
- Participate in performance-based initiatives for bonus opportunities

Compensation Structure:
- Base pay: $2/hour
- Sales commission: 2% on generated sales
- Performance based bonuses
- Expected monthly earnings: $400 to $1,200 based on performance and experience
