Service agent for German customer service required | long-term cooperation

We are a German online mail order company and are looking for a German-speaking agent to handle Level 1 enquiries from our customers via email. To a small extent, orders from voice mails have also be taken.
We are interested in a long-term cooperation. The work is daily and the working hours can be flexible. Depending on the arrangement, it is possible to work 4-8 hours per day.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German
