Description
Marathe CredCare Services is looking for a Debt Settlement Case Executive to handle client communication and case coordination.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming client calls and WhatsApp messages.
Explain the debt settlement process.
Collect loan documents and maintain case files.
Coordinate with advocates and the negotiation team.
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and fees.
Handle recovery agent-related queries and escalate legal matters when required.
Update CRM or Excel with case progress.

Banking or NBFC
Loan processing
Customer support
Collections or recovery support
Skills
Excellent Hindi, Marathi, and English communication.
Knowledge of unsecured loans, settlements, and banking is preferred.
Comfortable working remotely.
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel.
Engagement
Full-time preferred (part-time applicants with relevant experience may also apply).
