I am looking for someone answer calls at a remote call center for me that handles inbound calls with an expected call volume of 100-500 calls per day. The primary responsibilities of the remote call center opportunity would be to provide basic customer service such as providing answers to queries and collecting information. The customer service needs to be conducted in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
I am looking for a provider who can provide a reliable and secure remote connection, sufficient staffing to meet my needs, a comprehensive platform with tracking and recording capabilities, acceptable performance metrics, and an overall excellent customer service experience.
I need someone who is organized, communicative, self-sufficient, and can handle data entry and call center tasks in a timely manner. Any additional qualifications such as prior experience in the field or technical certifications are also a plus.
