Profit-Share Shopify Store Build & Management
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I want to launch a brand-new Shopify store that sells physical goods and then keep it humming day-to-day. You would handle everything from choosing a high-converting theme and loading it with winning products, through to order processing, customer support, inventory sync, and performance tweaks. Marketing automations, basic SEO, and regular reporting should come baked in so the shop can scale without my constant oversight.
The structure is a true partnership: once the store is live and revenue starts flowing, we split net profits. Your management fee is therefore tied directly to results, giving you the same incentive I have to maximise sales and retention.
Deliverables before we go live:
• A fully branded Shopify storefront with polished product pages, UX-optimised navigation, and essential apps configured
• At least a starter catalogue of physical goods sourced, priced, and uploaded (you’re free to propose niches you know will move)
• Payment, tax, and shipping settings tested end-to-end
• A clear hand-off document outlining daily routines, growth levers, and our profit-share calculation
Ongoing scope (covered by the shared profits):
• Order fulfilment coordination, inventory updates, and customer queries
• Store updates, app maintenance, and promo campaigns
• Monthly KPI report so we both see how the numbers stack up
I’m committed to funding any direct costs such as inventory deposits or essential app fees; your sweat equity and expertise are what earn your cut. Let me know your experience with Shopify, examples of stores you currently manage, and how soon you could take a new one from zero to launch.
