The pay is $3 per hour with opportunity to grow to customer service manager for higher pay.

1. Good english skills (written and spoken)
2. Knowledge of weed/cannabis (we can teach you as well)
3. Friendly personality and patient
4. Someone that can train and manage other employees

Here are the job responsibilities:

1. Answer customer service issues through our customer service portal
2. Answer incoming phone calls
3. Call back missed phone calls
4. Fix order/shipping issues in shopify & our backend software
5. Communicate with our shipping manager to fix issues

Daily Expectations & growth:
1. Daily zoom call with myself for the first 2-4 weeks, where we audit your customer service performance until you are 100% proficient in the customer service position

2. If we find that your service has been adequate, we can give you more responsibilities and discuss pay $$ increase.

3. When we hire more customer service reps, you will be managing them, running daily zoom calls with them to audit their performance
