I'm in need of a native German-speaker for a part-time customer support role, working 1-3 hours a day. Responsibilities will primarily include:
- Managing customer interactions through both email and phone.
- Responding within a three-hour window from the time of customer contact.
- Primarily handling billing inquiries.
