Part-Time Customer Support Executive - Emails and Calls Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for Customer Service Executive, able to work on a part time basis, who's is excellant in English, great at managing and replying to emails, calls and data entry.
Part Time: 4-5hrs (day shift)
Salary (Stipend): 8000/- per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Email communication: Prioritize, draft, edit, and disseminate information via emails daily.
- Data Entry: Maintain our databases, ensure all information is correct and up-to-date.
- Lead Generation & Customer Follow-Up: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, maintain correspondence, and help to transform leads into actual sales.
- Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
The payment will be made on monthly basis. For first mothCandidates with solid background in sales, customer service, administration, and ideally, with similar job experience are highly preferred. Proficiency in English and strong written communication skills are a must. Your ability to multitask and prioritize work while maintaining a high level of accuracy will pave the way to success in this role.
