Outbound calls to existing patient database to remind them of their appointment due
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for a freelancer to make outbound calls to our existing patient database in English. The project requires contacting a total of 1000 patients, with calls to be made every day between 3pm and 8.30pm UK GMT.
We have a login to our appointment system. We have a simple script. Approx conversion is 50-70%.
Payment is per appointment booked - should easily book 700+ appointments.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in making outbound calls
- Familiarity with appointment reminders and scheduling systems
