Oriented Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The task is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Selecting appropriate responses to customer issues and working quickly to resolve them.
Listening to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem.
