Radhika Tutorials is looking for a passionate, user-centered female or male to join our collaborative and innovative team to help our students choose our course and buy our pattern and build confidence in them
The incumbent will work to come up with compelling ways to convince the incoming people, motivate them, solve their queries ASAP to join or buy or provide them with whatever they need help with.
Our key to success is that we believe in freedom and responsibility given to our team and we just nurture it to the next level.
What will you do:
1: Handle Whatsapp 10-5 as suggested and never forget your duty towards people.
2: Handle Incoming Calls from 10-5. In case, call is missed, Call them back ASaP
3: We have also a panel called call request panel, where we get few request. call them back too and solve their queries.
4:from the shiprocket panel, it would be your responsibility to esclate parcels if any, or if there are some undelivered parcel, esclate them, talk to them etc. as described in sheet.

Going to extra mile to help . If you don't know something, try often learn and then help the customer.

you must be able to read Hindi well and write hinglish well without any typo.
Other Expectation:
To be available for work on time from 10-5 with high motivation. No holiday included because in the main holiday and festivals, we run offers and discounts.
Salary
The amount would be 10000 INR per month.
Depending on the work ethics and the quality of work delivered, this project can turn into a permanent job.
