Only Fans Operations Manager
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking for a highly experienced person to help manage operations at our OF Agency.

We work with top .1% of models
Responsibilities:
- Manage Chat Team
- Interview, Hire and Train new chatters
- Daily Audit of Chatter's performance
- Be the Liaison between models and agencies. (you are her BFF)
- Daily Sales monitoring / Verification / Commission
- Able to handle technical errors / troubleshoot issues (proxy etc)
- Daily PPV writing and scheduling for all models accounts
- Coordinate with Reddit Team
- Manage Content from the models to the Agency Drive
– Be able to chat with fans as though you are the model
– Be able to make good sales per shift (commissions given)
– Be able to send engaging messages to fans
– Be an expert on the model’s profile
Requirements:
– FLUENT in English (writing/typing in English) ENGLISH MUST BE 10/10
- FEMALE ONLY
- SELF STARTER
- Must be personable, friendly, and a Go Getter!
– High-speed internet connection
– Laptop/Computer + phone
- Ability to follow directions
- FULL-TIME ONLY + EXCLUSIVE
- WEEKEND Availability
This job requires experience in this field, therefore to qualify, we require 1 - 3 days of training and 1 week paid trial because you have a high level of responsibility in this job.
