Duties and Responsibilities
1. Complete all tasks in the corresponding time period according to the assigned shift.
2. Call the customers to confirm their willingness for the product and record them. Experience in lead generation would be an advantage.
3. Report the major issues to the headquarter timely.
4. Respond to inquiries, user feedback and solve problems across platforms, including social medias, emails and other channels.
5. Other related tasks assigned by the headquarter.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Proficient in English
3. Excellent communication skills and service oriented
4. Strong sense of responsibility and call skills
5. Good network conditions and good knowledge of computer skills
6. Flexible hours and willing to work shifts (40 working hours per week)
7. Prior experience in call center is preferred
