Odoo CRM Implementation

I need a fresh Odoo installation focused solely on the CRM module. My priority right now is getting Lead Management, Sales Automation, and Customer Support Tracking up-and-running smoothly—no Sales, Inventory, or Accounting modules for the moment, though I may revisit those once the core CRM proves stable.
Key things I expect from you:
• Clean deployment of the latest stable Odoo version with the CRM app enabled
• Configuration of pipelines, stages, and automated actions that support lead nurturing and hand-offs
• Setup of customer support tickets inside the same environment so agents can view full interaction history
• User-friendly dashboards and reports for pipeline velocity and support performance
• An initial review of any legacy data sources; I am not sure yet whether migration is required, so I’ll count on your guidance here
