Need Helpdesk Voice - Technician

I am looking for an experienced Helpdesk Voice Technician with advanced problem resolution training to provide remote support via phone for my business. This role requires excellent English speaking. The technician must be well versed in all windows related issues. Must be proficient with configuring email clients. Must have the expertise to resolve issues related to peripherals like printer, scanners etc. Knowledge of troubleshooting on Android and iOS devices will be preferred.
