Music Event Assistant

We are organizing a music event and need an experienced event helper. The scope of work includes:

Logistics and Setup:
- Basic stage setup
- Manage vendor arrivals and placements

Guest Management:
- Check-in guests
- Assist performers

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Date: Jul 31: 11am - 8pm (2 vacancies), Royal Academy of Music
Aug 1: 9am - 9pm (4 vacancies), Royal College of Music
Aug 2: 10am - 1pm (2 vacancies), Royal Academy of Music
Aug 3: 10am - 2pm (2 vacancies), Royal Academy of Music

You may select to work on Jul 31 to Aug 3 or only Aug 1.
