Multilingual Customer Care Executive for Flipkart Process
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I am looking for a skilled customer care executive to handle basic customer inquiries in English, Hindi, and Bengali for a Flipkart process, located in Rajarhat DLF2, Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries through phone and live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Efficiently handling basic customer inquiries
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Strong communication skills, particularly over phone and live chat
- Ability to handle basic customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
- Located in or around Rajarhat DLF2, Kolkata (preferred)
