Mixed Data Entry Assistance

I have two sets of source files—Word documents containing descriptive text and spreadsheets that already hold numerical figures. What I need now is a single, accurate dataset created from both. Your job will be to:

• extract the text from the Word files exactly as written,
• pull the numbers from the existing Excel sheets without altering their formatting, and
• place everything into the central template I provide so every record lines up correctly.

Speed is useful, but accuracy is critical; mismatched rows or typos will force a re-check on my side. Once the merged file is complete, a brief spot-check summary outlining anything unclear or potentially inconsistent will help me approve the work quickly.
