Job Title: Mindbody Onboarding Specialist for Gym Centre Staff
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated freelancer to take full responsibility for the onboarding process of our gym centre staff on the Mindbody platform. The selected freelancer will be responsible for:
Conducting training sessions for all staff on how to navigate and utilize the Mindbody platform effectively.
Guiding staff through all key features such as scheduling, booking, client management, and payment processing.
Providing a comprehensive, easy-to-follow manual guide for staff members to reference post-training.
Troubleshooting any issues or questions that arise during the onboarding process.
Offering continuous support as needed to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
Requirements:
Proven experience with the Mindbody platform.
Strong communication and training skills.
Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation.
Previous experience working with gym or fitness centre teams is a plus.
