Long term Tech Support & webhosting
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I'm looking to hire a person or individuals to provide tech support for my online store. Duties include and are limited to:
providing tech support over the phone from 10am till 5pm, L.A. pacific time
replying to tech support emails
setting up & maintaining website Api catalog to ensure product stock and pricing are up to date
keeping communication with other team members to ensure productivity
Must be able to work and communicate properly and respectfully with other team members
Must have some knowledge on up-to-date technology and software
Must have knowledge on webhosting and Api coding and/or setup
Must have Customer service experience
Must be able to read, write and speak proper English. Any other language you may speak is a bonus. Thank you!
