Lead for Call Centre/Technical support/Lead Generation project

I am looking for a Sales person who can help me get Call Centre/Technical support/Lead Generation project from preferably US or any location. My primary goal is to have a new Project. I will make sure the person gets paid 5-10% or whatever we discuss later. I prefer to use Email/Chat as the contact channel.
