Latin American English-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Hello,

We're looking for a customer support agent to join our team.

Duties:

- Taking Calls
- Helping customers to place orders
- Helping customers to locate their packages
- Solving issues with customers
- Order Status
- Follow-ups
- Reporting damaged orders to the warehouse
- Answering emails

Experience in sales calls is a must.

Time Zone: Atlantic Standard Time

Working Shift:

Monday to Friday

- From 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Monthly Payment: $500

LATIN AMERICAN candidates only will be accepted, other proposals will be automatically rejected.

This is EXCLUSIVELY for a long-term position.
