You'll be getting calls from people who are looking for a Party Bus. You'll have to ask them what they need, takes notes of it and let them know we'll call them back and answer their questions.
The call back would be made by someone else. You'll just answer the inbound calls. You'll have to track the time you're on the inbound calls via the Upwork time tracker and will be paid $3 per hour based on how much time you're on those calls.
Calls will be US time and may come anytime and expected to slowly increase.
