Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Follow-Up Specialist to join our team at a major cleaning franchise. We aim to maximize our availability to communicate with potential customers and convert leads into bookings for our home and commercial cleaning services. Your role will be crucial in engaging with potential clients and securing their business.
Responsibilities:
• Contact leads provided by our franchisees at convenient times for the potential customer, specifically between 3 PM to 9 PM GMT.
• Engage with customers to understand their cleaning needs and requirements.
• Provide pricing information using provided pricing tools and guidelines.
• Schedule cleaning services on a provisional basis and send secure payment links.
• Record customer details and specific requirements to be passed on to franchisees.
• Ensure smooth handover of customer information to franchisees for follow-up and relationship management.
• Achieve and exceed conversion targets to earn success bonuses.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Experience with CRM systems and booking software is a plus, although not required.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work flexible hours, specifically between 3 PM to 9 PM GMT, to contact leads at optimal times.
