Hungarian-Romanian Speaking - Customer service rep for e-commerce company
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Hungarian e-commerce company is looking for our long term colleague, our Hungarian-Romanian speaking customer service representative to join our growing e-commerce team.
The position is part time: 20-25 hours per week. As we are growing rapidly if both parties satisfied, number of hours & compensation rate could increase.
What you will do:
• E-mail and FB chat customer support
• Provide information about our products & our terms & conditions, shipping times, rates, etc... to customers
• Repond and resolve customer service issues in HU and RO langauge
• Phone support: call back customers who left voicemails outside of working hours
• Phone support: call up customers who left their product in their shopping cart and assist them to finish their purchase if needed.
Expectations from you:
• Native / Excellent written and spoken Hungarian & Romanian
• Easygoing personality who solves issues fast and can make decision quickly
• Ability to follow clear guideline and training what we provide
• Comfortable to speak via email, chat and phone with our kind customers (they are really kind. Trust us.)
• Customer service experience is a PLUS
• Student are also welcomed to apply!
