High Quality Customer Support Related to CRYPTO -- 2
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hiring additional customer representatives to meet the growing userbase. Will be trained/shadow an existing representative. Script shall be given with common questions and responses. If still uncertain, you can ask the senior representatives for help on SLACK.
We have two positions, one for ZenDesk (ZenDesk experience required) and one for email support.
--No internet issues.
--Must be able to use proper grammar
--Must be respectful and patient
--Any disrespect towards users will NOT be tolerated
