I'm seeking a communicative and helpful individual from a Greek-speaking country to assist with our client's e-shop in Greece. The primary responsibility will be providing customer service over the phone to Greek-speaking customers. You'll handle general inquiries, focusing on topics such as product information, shipping details, and return policies.

Key Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek and communication level of English
- Communication skills for phone-based customer service
- Ability to translate short texts from English to Greek is a plus
- Previous customer care experience is beneficial but not required

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping processes
- Ability to work independently from home
