Google cloud expert - Workspace issues

We need a google cloud (console.cloud.google.com) expert to handle a couple of issues, you will do this from our anydesk remote connection:
1.- . Pending to finish console.cloud.google.com api config . Just need to finish and verify this step in the destination account:

2.- Try to guide us with a problem with google Photos problem. We tried with two tickets to google, but they don't fix the problem. Sharing with new workspace account (just a single email) gices error: email doesn't exist.
