I run a mobile phone-repair service in Saint Lucia that goes directly to customers and has no public storefront. Google is holding up my Business Profile because of address verification. I already tried the email method without success, and I’m unable to receive a postcard at any other address, so I’m stuck.
I need someone who has successfully verified other service-area or mobile businesses and who can walk me through—or carry out—whatever alternative options Google still allows (video call, live support escalation, utility-bill upload, etc.). The job is complete when my profile shows as “Verified” in the Google Business dashboard and appears publicly on Maps for my service area.
