GoHighLevel VA: Account Setup

Project Title: GoHighLevel VA for Account Setup & Configuration (No Funnel Design)

Description:
I’m looking for a GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant who specializes in account setup and system configuration. Funnel building is not the focus at this stage (though may come later). The priority is finding someone who is fluent in English, can follow instructions clearly, and communicates well, both in writing and verbally.

Strong preference for candidates with a British, South African, or similar neutral accent who can confidently communicate with English-speaking clients if needed.

Must-Have Skills:

Domain and DNS connection

SMTP and email deliverability setup

Email marketing automation setup

Workflow and trigger configuration

Pipeline and deal stage setup

Calendar & appointment booking setup

Custom fields, tags, and smart lists

Snapshot import and organization

Basic integration with platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Zapier, etc.)

Confident navigating the entire GoHighLevel interface

Able to troubleshoot and solve system-level issues


Other Notes:

This is not a funnel-building role (though future tasks may include this).

Potential for a long-term working relationship if the fit is right.

Must be responsive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal micromanagement
