Full-time Client Manager position - 40+ hours per week + bonuses
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
We have a business in the USA and we are looking to bring someone on to join the Customer Support team. Ideal start date for paid training will be some time mid this week.
This full time position is Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. Possibly for weekend work as well if desired.
This role be the lead role for the area, so there is plenty room for career growth down the track when we expand the team. We are looking for someone who feels confident with speaking to and emailing our customers, and who is looking for a company to grow with long term.
We also offer weekly bonuses on top of the base salary, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities / Skills
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues and complaints
- Goal driven (we have measured weekly bonuses!)
- Fluent English written and speaking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Sales experience a plus
