We believe in teamwork, creativity, and supporting each other like family. Now, we’re on the hunt for a rockstar Virtual Assistant who knows their way around WordPress and Elementor to join our crew.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Web Design Magic: You’ll be creating slick, modern websites in WordPress using Elementor every day. Creativity, precision, and an eye for design are your go-to tools.
Collab Culture: This isn’t a solo gig! You’ll be brainstorming, working on projects, and tackling challenges with our international team spread across Tokyo, the USA, Argentina, and the Dominican Republic. Plus, you’ll work directly with our founder – no middle management, just pure team vibes.
Flex that Time Tracker: We use Hubstaff to keep things organized and track time, so you’re paid hourly and fairly for every project you crush.
The Details:
Schedule: 22 days per month – Monday through Friday, plus half days on Saturdays.
Hours: 6 pm to 3 am US Eastern Time (perfect for night owls).
Pay: Hourly, based on experience and skill level. 8 hours per day with a 1 hour lunch.
Who You Are:
Web Design Pro: You’ve got skills in WordPress and Elementor and know how to make a website look as good as it works.
Leads Manager: You will be managing Leads from our business in realtime as the come in.
Team Player: Collaboration is the name of the game. If you love working with others, sharing ideas, and building awesome stuff together, you’ll fit right in.
Global Go-Getter: Comfortable working with a crew in different time zones, and you’re up for a flexible, unique work schedule.
English : High-level.
Technical Requirements: Webcam, Fast Internet, Fast Computer.

$4 per hour for employees with Backend Web Design skills (+ Wordpress & Elementor)
$5 per hour for employees with native level English & phone skills (+ Wordpress + Elementor)
