Full-Time Hindi Call(customer service)& WhatsApp

I’m looking for someone who can take over my customer communication end-to-end. The work is full-time and can be done either from home or, if you prefer, from an office setup.
Here’s what I need you to handle every day:
• Calling support – you’ll answer all incoming calls and place outgoing calls whenever follow-ups, confirmations, or callbacks are required.
• WhatsApp management – you’ll stay on top of customer inquiries that arrive through WhatsApp, replying quickly and keeping conversations organised so no request is missed.
Fluency in Hindi is essential because nearly all our conversations happen in it. If your English is only “normal,” that’s perfectly fine—as long as you can understand basic messages and draft a clear reply when needed.
