Freelancer Customer Service Agent

We are an Ecommerce company dealing with variety products and we are looking for a Freelancer to work as customer service agent
The tasks includes but not limited to:
Answering customers questions, inquiries and receiving and confirming orders and follow up with customers
The agent must be fluent in both Arabic and English
Must also have good communications and sales skills
Can work on Excel
