We are a growing music publishing company looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in music publishing administration, especially metadata management, royalty tracking, and EBR/CWR formats.
Responsibilities:
Assist with music catalog organization and metadata cleanup
Help prepare and format EBR/CWR files for rights organizations
Track royalty reports and flag discrepancies
Support general publishing admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
Understanding of music publishing workflows (EBR/CWR, ISWC/ISRC, PROs, etc.)
Experience with music royalty systems or music metadata
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be reliable and communicative
