I will need that person for customer support for a couple of weeks.
You'll be answering questions about some room rentals and scheduling visits for the rooms. I'll give you the information so you can answer things when people ask.
I'll also give you some questions to ask them so you can put their data on an excel and I can then filter them better in case they express interest into renting the room.
