I am looking for a dedicated customer support person who is good with etsy customer support and also has some experience in this field.
Your job will be to check etsy messages daily and answer customer queries directly.
You need to:
- Have experience with Etsy (Checking Tracking Numbers / Orders / Editing Orders)
- Know how to handle requests and work in a team
- Be able to work on demand
