The Customer Service team is the liaison between our customers and our product. They are responsible for answering questions, making sure customer needs are met, and providing feedback to Product about customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries with accurate information in a timely manner
Escalate queries that cannot be handled by Customer Service staff to the appropriate Product team
Provide feedback to Product teams about customer needs and pain points
Assist in troubleshooting issues with customers over the phone, via email, or chat
Monitor social media channels for any negative sentiment related to the product
Maintain an open line of communication between Customer Service and Product teams
Monitor trends in customer service requests and identify areas of improvement from data analysis
Assist with marketing efforts such as webinars and blog posts
Create training materials for new hires on how to handle customer service requests
