- Always be on the lookout for ways to adapt our processes and keep up to date with new features and trends in moderation and customer support.
You are the right fit for the role if:
- You have a strong work ethic and lots of pride in what you do.
- You enjoy working independently in your own remote setting but are also a great communicator and able to work within a wider team.
- You have previous experience in customer support, moderation, or community management.
