Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to handle the following tasks for my SaaS (Software as a Service) business:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp based on our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Expect around 4-5 inquiries per day, Monday to Saturday. You will need to check for inquiries in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
2. Conduct ad hoc web research tasks related to my SaaS product, say 3-4 hours a week time.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hindi language, (Very Important to know Hindi to communicate with us and some of our customers)
- 5 to 40 reviews with a rating of 4.0 stars or higher (Very Important)
- Fulltime Independent freelancers only (Very Important)
- Excellent communication skills and technical aptitude
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus
- Available immediately and ready to start
Work Details:
- Compensation: $180/month, plus a $25 bonus for prompt communication
- Potential for additional work based on the quality of your results and communication
