Dutch Customer Service Call Representatives
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
As the project head, I am seeking to hire three or more customer service representatives fluent in Dutch who will be primarily responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Resolving client issues promptly and professionally
- Processing and taking customers' orders
The ideal candidates will have an intermediate level of customer service expertise, specifically over phone calls. This job is online so you can work remotely and choose the time/days you can work. Exceptional communication skills, patience, an orientation toward customer care, and a keen ear for detail are required.
This project provides the opportunity to refine and develop your customer service skills, hence prior experience (though preferred) isn't mandatory.
Training related to specific tasks and our unique customer service protocol will be provided to ensure you are well equipped to meet our company's customer service standards.
