Key Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English commurication skills,
- Strong administrative and organizatonat skills required
- Good customer service skills and attenton to detail are required
- Able to work with Excel, Word and CRM/ERP system.
- Problem solving ability.Qualifcations & experience
- Previous experience in call centre with quick booking environment will be highly regarded
- Experience with CRM will be highly regarded.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound customer calls for service bookings and enquiries
- Assist with online enquiries and e-mails for service, sales and billing.
- Complete all administration work as required when dealing with customer bookings and enquiries
- Maintain the customer enquiries database and outstanding actions required.
