Customer support on stand by USA based only

Hi, I am looking for a person who would just be on standby to respond to chats and any incoming calls, during USA working hours. You can have your normal jobs etc and only respond to any incoming chat and or call, the volume of chats is low and calls maybe 1 or none during these hours.
